Ratnakar Gangadhar Pundlik was granted a Royal Institute of British Architects Associate Membership in 1948 and initially practiced in Bombay (Mumbai). The Collection contains items related to the period after he started his own firm in Pune in 1960s. When R.G. Pundlik's son, architect Avinash Pundlik, joined the firm was renamed Pundlik & Pundlik, Architects and Valuers. Apart from architectural drawings of severable notable buildings in Pune the collection contains property valuation reports.
